We are a global consumer brand based in a town called Romford in the UK. We first launched as a family business in 2005, manufacturing homeware products which catered for everyday life. We fast became a trusted household favourite. Inspired through new technological advances, we endeavoured to bring solutions to simplify household tasks throughout the home. Over the following years we expanded our range to include many new kinds of products ranging from kitchen, personal/health, travel, leisure and office.
Due to the innovative designs of our office equipment, this has fast become our most popular range. We have supplied thousands of offices in the UK and worldwide with ergonomic office solutions to improve their workplace and the health of their employees.

Our brand is largely recognised within the United Kingdom and Europe, so we have an entire team dedicated to providing support for you and answer any queries you may have - when you need it most. It is through maintaining this system that we are able to avoid common customer frustrations such as "call-centres", where calls are answered by operators or diverted to a new country entirely.

In addition to this, we have always philosophised the notion that it is critical for a company's sustainable development to have well maintained health, safety and environmental standards. It is for this reason that Duronic will not conduct business with any factory or supplier if their compliance with our company standards is misconstrued or otherwise in violation with one of our zero-tolerance practices: child labour, forced labour, disciplinary practices, health and safety and environmental hazards. Shine-mart Ltd has also taken all the steps required to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our supply chain or in any part of our business. This statement applies for 2020 and will be revisited every year to make sure we comply with the Modern Slavery Act of 2015.
